Last week I re-painted Wally's room. I hung his map of the world back up on his wall and asked him if he liked it. Here is how the rest went.
Wally: "No mom, hang it on the other wall."
Me: "I am going to get you a new dresser, so we will hang something else up above it on this wall.
Wally: "But that wall is where the big t.v. is going to hang."
I had no idea he had such big plans for his space. Wall mounted flat screens... that is a tall order for a five year old.
This morning in the car Wally told me that when he is scared he screams like a girl. He then demonstrated.
I am sure Del is just hoping he doesn't throw like one.
P.S. Mom, my new couch is in the picture, as is the ottoman. So now you can see it! Can't beat 60% and 90% off! I love a good deal!

Cute! So the plant in the background, is it real? How do you keep Georgia out of it? Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
Ha! She is terrified of it! She takes a wide berth around it. She cried the whole way home from the store when I bought it because it would brush my hand sometimes. So just find one that scares the daylights out of 'em! The truth...I am hoping I can keep it alive! My boys are rough on it, so that doesn't help.
That is hilarious! I love to see that my child is not the only one that runs around in superhero costumes all day! :)
Sam just couldn't get enough of Wally. They'll have to get together and play super heros. We have superman and batman. I love how you changed the whole room. The couch and ottoman look great. I especially like the table by the stairs. You're so good with decorating.--Leslie
